Etymology
Laterifolia from Latin meaning flat leaf, referring to the broad flat leaf on mature flowering plants. In poor seasons and on smaller plants the leaf may be much reduced in width.
Distribution and status
Endemic to South Australia and found in the southern Flinders Ranges, Mount Lofty Ranges and the South-east, growing in woodlands in various soil types. Native. Common in South Australia.
